TextCortex connects your Bitrix24 account to an AI assistant your team can talk to in plain language.

Once the Bitrix24 account is connected, you can ask for CRM information and act on it without leaving the chat:

• Find contacts, companies, leads and deals, with filters and pagination

• Open a single record and read its full detail

• Review deal pipelines and their stages

• List CRM activities and tasks

• Create contacts, companies, leads, deals and tasks

• Update and delete records

Authorization uses Bitrix24 OAuth 2.0 and requests only the CRM and Task scopes. Every request runs as the connected Bitrix24 user, so existing permissions apply unchanged. Whether the assistant asks for confirmation before creating, editing, or deleting records depends on your Action Mode setting. Select Ask First in your chat settings to approve each action before it runs; your organization’s administrator may require this.

Access tokens are stored encrypted, never appear in chat or logs, and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account in TextCortex.
