Description
ChatPilot (WhatsApp, Telegram) connects your WhatsApp and Telegram accounts to Bitrix24 Open Channels and brings every conversation into one inbox, ChatPilot Web. Your team replies without leaving Bitrix24; conversations, tags and notes are saved to the CRM.

Channels
- WhatsApp (QR): connect the number in your WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app with a QR code. No Meta approval or business verification required.
- WhatsApp Business API: the official Meta connection. You share your WhatsApp Business account with CBN Teknoloji as a partner and our team completes the connection. Send Meta-approved templates from ChatPilot or with the "Send WhatsApp template (ChatPilot)" robot in Bitrix24 automation rules.
- Telegram: connect a personal or business Telegram account with a QR code.
- Bitrix24 Open Channels: other Open Channel conversations in your Bitrix24 account, such as website live chat, also appear in the ChatPilot Web inbox.
- Instagram and Facebook Messenger: coming soon.
- All channels on one screen; unread chats on top, waiting time visible on every chat.
- Filter and search by connection, status (Open, Pending, Resolved), tag, assignee and duplicate CRM records.
- Assign chats; the first agent who replies is assigned automatically.
- Quick replies, emoji, files and voice messages, full-screen mode.
- Internal notes are added to the CRM card as timeline comments; create tasks and activities from the chat.
- Tags are written to the "ChatPilot Tags" field on CRM cards and can be used as CRM list filters.
- Create a lead, a contact or a deal in the pipeline you choose with one click; see and merge duplicate CRM records.
- Customer analysis: quote and sales totals, open, won and lost deals, responsible users and sources.
- Customer profile: address, country, province, district, location and spoken languages.
- "ChatPilot Canlı" (live inbox) in the left menu, works in the Bitrix24 mobile app, and "ChatPilot Web | WA" and "ChatPilot Web | TM" tabs on CRM cards.
- Each WhatsApp number and Telegram account is connected to its own Open Channel (1 connection = 1 Open Channel); reply from ChatPilot Web or from Bitrix24 chat.
- Photos, videos, voice notes, documents and locations are supported; delivery and read statuses and edited and deleted WhatsApp messages are synced.
- Customers are matched with existing CRM records by phone number; new customers become leads according to your Open Channel rules.
- Optional: WhatsApp groups, incoming call notifications, sending CRM "SMS" via WhatsApp.
- Roles and permissions: you decide which employee can access which module and which number.
- If a connection drops, administrators get a notification and an urgent task; reports per number on message volume, first-response time and unanswered chats.

Additional terms
The app is free to install and includes a 4-day full-featured trial. After the trial, use of the external ChatPilot service is paid and licensed per connection through a credit system. Payment is made directly to CBN Teknoloji A.Ş.

Purchase, renewal and refunds
Credits are ordered in the app's Billing tab; for now payment is made by bank transfer and the credits are added to the balance once the payment is confirmed. Bonus codes are redeemed on the same screen. Connections with auto-renewal on are extended by 1 month with credits 1 day before they expire, if the balance is sufficient; auto-renewal can be turned off per connection. Purchased credits do not expire. Unused credits are refunded on request, based on the amount paid per credit; credits already used to activate connections and bonus or gift credits are not refundable. Important
The WhatsApp QR connection uses the WhatsApp linked-devices mechanism; the WhatsApp account on the phone must stay active. WhatsApp may restrict numbers used for spam or bulk messaging. For the WhatsApp Business API, Meta's conversation and template fees are charged by Meta to the customer's own WhatsApp Business account and are not included in credit prices. Media files are stored for 30 days.
