Description

Who agreed to what — when, how and to which text? Under GDPR Art. 7(1) you must be able to prove consent. A ticked box in a CRM field proves nothing. Consent24 keeps provable consent records for your Bitrix24 contacts, leads and companies — and lets people withdraw as easily as they agreed.

Processing purposes with versioned texts

  • Create purposes such as marketing e-mails, newsletter, phone calls and text messages, profiling or sharing with partners — start from ready templates in English, Polish and German and adapt them to your company.
  • Every change of the text becomes a new version. Each consent stays linked to the exact version the person saw.
  • Mark the legal basis of each purpose (consent, contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest) to keep your list of purposes complete.

Collect consent the way you work

  • Consent link from the contact card — the person opens a clean page in their language (EN/PL/DE), nothing is pre-ticked, they confirm each purpose separately.
  • Double opt-in e-mail sent from your CRM e-mail — consent is recorded only after the person clicks and confirms.
  • Printable consent form in EN/PL/DE — upload the signed scan, its SHA-256 fingerprint goes to the record.
  • Consent given by phone or in person is recorded by the employee with a note.

Withdrawal as easy as giving consent (Art. 7(3)): every person gets a "my consents" page — one click to withdraw. Put the link in your e-mails.

Proof you can show

  • An append-only journal: date and time, purpose and text version, method, IP address and browser for online confirmations, the e-mail address of a double opt-in, the employee who recorded it.
  • Records are never edited — each one carries the hash of the previous one, so any later change is detectable. A copy of every record with its hash is added to the CRM timeline.
  • Record of consent for a person (print/PDF and JSON) to answer an access request (Art. 15), and an "erasure requested" mark that withdraws all consents.

Works with your CRM and marketing

  • A Consents tab in contacts, leads and companies.
  • A field "Consent: Marketing e-mails" = granted / withdrawn for every purpose — use it in CRM filters and marketing segments, so withdrawn contacts drop out of your mailings automatically.
  • Automation triggers "consent granted", "consent withdrawn" and "re-consent needed"; automation rule "check consent" and "request consent by e-mail".
  • Re-consent periods: ask people to confirm again after N months.

Works next to Bitrix24's own GDPR for CRM: Consent24 documents consent; to erase or anonymise a person's data use the free "GDPR for CRM" app.

Privacy: hosted in the EU (Germany); we act as your processor under Art. 28 GDPR — the data processing terms are part of our Privacy Policy. Templates are a starting point, not legal advice.

Additional terms

  • Consent24 helps you request, record and document consent. You (the controller) decide the purposes and are responsible for the consent texts and for the lawfulness of your processing. The templates are a starting point and not legal advice.
  • The consent journal is stored by the developer in the EU (Germany) as your processor. You can export it at any time (CSV, Record of consent). After uninstalling, the journal is kept for 30 days — reinstalling within this period restores it — and then deleted. CRM fields and timeline comments stay in your Bitrix24.
  • Consent pages record the IP address and browser of the person as evidence; please mention this in your privacy notice.
  • Confirmation e-mails are sent from your CRM e-mail; a mailbox must be connected for the user who sends them. Without it, Consent24 gives you the link to send yourself.
  • The app adds a Consents tab to contacts, leads and companies, a text field per purpose and a field "GDPR: erasure requested", three automation triggers and two automation rules. It never deletes or anonymises CRM records.
  • The automation rules need a Bitrix24 plan with workflows.
