DocMaster24

DocMaster24 creates quotes, proforma invoices, invoices, service agreements, acceptance protocols and order confirmations from your deals in a few seconds. Open a deal, go to the DocMaster24 tab, click a template — the document is filled in with your company, the client, products, EU VAT and payment details and is attached to the deal as PDF.

Ready-made templates in English and Polish

• English: Quote / Offer, Proforma invoice, Invoice (VAT), Service agreement with Annex, Acceptance protocol, Order confirmation.
  
• Polski: Oferta, Faktura pro forma, Umowa o świadczenie usług, Protokół odbioru, Potwierdzenie zamówienia.
  
• The document language is chosen from your account language at installation and can be switched at any time.
  

EU VAT done right

• Any VAT rates from deal products (23%, 8%, 0%, 19%, 21%…), net / VAT / gross per line and a VAT summary by rate.
  
• Reverse charge applied automatically for EU business clients from another country with a VAT ID, with the legal note on the document.
  
• Split payment note (mechanizm podzielonej płatności) for PLN documents of 15,000 zł and more.
  
• Amount in words in English or Polish (złoty / złote / złotych), in the currency of the deal: EUR, PLN, USD, GBP, CHF.
  
• Dates and numbers in the client's format (en-GB, pl-PL, de-DE…).
  

Get paid faster with a payment QR code

• EPC QR (GiroCode) on EUR documents — SEPA transfer with your IBAN, amount and document number.
  
• ZBP QR on PLN documents — read by Polish banking apps.
  

Easy start

• The app page shows how to create the first document and opens your latest deal in one click.
  
• Preview any template on a real deal — just start typing the deal title, no IDs.
  
• Company details (name, address, VAT ID, IBAN, BIC) are taken from your CRM requisites and can be completed in the app; IBAN and BIC are checked.
  
• If something is missing — no IBAN, no client, no products — the app tells you exactly what to fill in.
  

Your own templates and automation

• Upload any Word file with fields like {buyer.name}, {total_gross} or a product table — the app checks it and explains mistakes.
  
• Automation rule "DocMaster24: create document" creates documents automatically when a deal reaches a stage.
  
• Documents are attached to the deal's Documents; a copy can be saved to the shared Drive.
  

Poland and KSeF: Polish VAT invoices must be issued in KSeF. DocMaster24 does not replace KSeF; Polish proformas state it on the document.

Privacy: documents are created on the fly and are not stored on our servers. Hosted in the EU (Germany), GDPR data processing terms are part of our Privacy Policy.
